For businesses and organizations, GTS can assist with complete workstation deployments—from equipment procurement through installation and ongoing support.

Services can include computer configuration, Microsoft 365 setup, network connectivity, security hardening, printer setup, user deployment, and ongoing Managed IT Services.

Initial diagnostic and assessment is FREE for both computer repair and IT support. If you choose to proceed with the service, the rate is $150 for the first hour and $85 per additional hour. Any required replacement parts, equipment, or additional work will be quoted for approval before proceeding. Completed repair work includes a 1-month workmanship warranty covering the specific issue repaired by GTS. Warranty exclusions include unrelated or new issues, accidental or physical damage, malware or reinfection, customer-made changes, and unrelated hardware failures.
